aBOUT ISLA VERA

Brisbane post-rock band ISLA VERA formed in February 2019, uniting the talents of James Waters, Zac McKinlay, and James Becroft. ISLA VERA fuses high-energy stadium-rock with dark-pop undertones and catchy melodies.

Returning in 2025 with members Samuel Lloyd and Jophie Heffernan, ISLA VERA have redeveloped their signature sound to be darker and more emotional than ever with renewed energy.
